Early Registration

In an effort to organize requests submitted by students, faculty, and staff, the procedures for early registration have been developed to ensure the university community is aware of the requirements for students with a need to arrive on campus prior to scheduled date.

Permission for early arrival will be at the discretion of the Principal of Residential Halls.

Eligibility

Students who have a need to be on campus early may include those:

  • participating in athletic training,
  • arriving early due to long distance flights,
  • involved in University-sponsored leadership activities, or
  • working for a University office (practicum)

Where To Submit Requests?

To submit a request, students should write a letter of application for early registration and issue to DPP TM's Principal. The letter must have recommendation from the Club Advisor (club or athlete) , Officers In charge (practicum student) or person who responsible. For those have problems due to long distance hometown, please give us a phone call at (+604 9284411/4413) to inform.

Costs Associated With Requests?

Students approved for early registration are subject to the charges based on the number of days a student arrives prior to the official check-in day. The charges are RM6.00/day and must be paid at Student Accommodation Center before collecting the keys at DPP TM's Office.
