Return Key Procedures

VACATING ROOMS

Students are required to vacate (empty) their rooms after thier final exam finished.

Please ensure that:

  • Room is clean and in orderly manner.
  • All assets and inventory in the room are complete.
  • All switches are turned off.                                  
  • All windows/doors are tightly shut.
  • All damages have been reported.
  • No personal belongings left inside.
  • Any padlocks to be removed.

Students are required to complete the form that certifies they have vacated the room. Please obtain this form from the general office according to the following categories:

Active Student

White Form                                       

Last Semester/Practicum Student

Green Form

Student are required to return the set of key (keys + keychain) according to the stated date. A fine of RM 5.00 per day will be imposed on student who are late in returning their keys.

 

STORAGE

Storage of personal belongings will be provided based on the capacity of each respective college.

Any loss or damage on personal belongings which are kept in the storage rooms is under the responsibility of the owner (students). Storage rooms will be closed during the semester break.

Any items which are not collected after the new semester start will be removed and clean by the hostel management.

 

REGISTRATION FOR NEW SEMESTER

The schedule for college registration for new semester are same as the academic calender during the respective year.

Students are not allowed to register earlier than the stated date.

A fine of RM5.00 per day will be imposed for late registration.

 

STUDENT VEHICLES

Students are not allowed to keep their vehicles in the student residential hall premises during the semester break except for bicycles which should be kept in the permitted area and is under the responsibility of the owner (student).
